FOR WOMEN

"Just don't give up trying to do what you really want to do.  Where there is love and inspiration, I don't think you can go wrong." ~~ Ella Fitzgerald, Singer and Musical Goddess

Tip of the Week:  Make it fun-- listen to music while you are out walking or exercising.

For Your Health

Healthy weight is this week's health topic.  Did you know that more than 6 in 10 American adults are overweight?  As physical fitness and eating habits change across the country, many don't realize the impacts on their health.  Heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, gallbladder disease, sleep apnea, and osteoarthritis are all common ailments of overweight Americans.  Losing just 5%-10% of your body weight can drastically improve the health of overweight women!  Visit this website for more information about how and why to keep your body fit:
